Équipe Ressources Relais Enhancement Project

With the evaluation and enhancement funds from Avenir d’enfants, Memphré en Mouvement committed itself to enhancing Équipe Ressources Relais’s (ÉRR) structure.
The partner organization, together with ÉRR’s Executive Council, would like to share with the partners the winning practices of a collaborative structure that have made the consolidation of proximity work with 0-5 year olds in the territory so successful, thereby increasing the capacity for action of players who wish to draw on it.
We want to showcase this innovative structure, as well as the collaborative work of the partners who were involved in building a vision of proximity work geared toward families, and a continuum of cross-cutting services for 0-100 year olds. It’s an original project that generates a lot of interest in the MRC and in the Estrie region. What’s more, several early childhood partners in the region have asked us to document Équipe Ressource Relais’s implementation process and the conditions for success. It goes without saying that documenting and enhancing these collective project steering practices will potentially make it easier to obtain funding for family-oriented proximity work projects that already exist, and for those to come.
The document will be presented and available in the fall.
Thank you to all our partners for such an engaging project that is so important in ensuring the consolidation of proximity work!
